And here's what 2007 graduates from Sydney Meditation Centre's 'Introduction to Meditation' In the Community Courses think of what they experienced.

'Most definitely value for money. Hugely helpful through stressful times. Couldn't fault a thing. Easy, understandable and enjoyable. Course structure was very appropriate. Lots of variety and subject matters. Thank you Kevin for introducing meditation into my life.' Yvette Pearce, business owner and director, Coogee

'Trying different techniques is a great idea for an introductory course. The stripping away of too much theory and philosophy is also good at this level. The flexible venue structure is very helpful. Overall a great introduction, comprehensive enough to (encourage one to) become an independent practitioner of meditation. But it makes you want to learn more. I am using 'Bodywork' daily!' Clyde Watson, computer consultant, Randwick

'Definitely value for money. A fantastic introduction to the way meditation can be used in your daily life to benefit yourself - and everyone around you! All of it was of most value to me! Kevin has a good voice for meditation and the practicing of the content was really useful. Can I apply course teachings in everyday life? Absolutely!' Judith Cox, environmental engineer, Waverley

'A professional and well structured course. Good variety. Kevin's instruction in style and content was excellent. Very adequate course materials.' Maria Cuciti, accountant, Burraneer

'Course materials and Kevin's instruction were both excellent. I can't see how this course needs improving! And I just LOVE the Loving Kindness meditation - (use it all the time waiting to pick up the kids from school!)' Jenny Herbert-Smith, sculptor, Bellevue Hill.
